About the role
As our Customer Success Manager (or how about Client Growth Strategist?), you’ll be at the core of Sid’s operations. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Tech to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Your mission: ensure every customer sees the value in their campaigns, feels supported, and grows alongside us. Here’s what you’ll do:
Campaign Management: Oversee ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (don’t worry—we’ll train you!).
Client Onboarding: Seamlessly onboard new clients, ensuring their campaigns are set up for success.
Customer Advocacy: Be the go-to person for your clients, scheduling check-ins, answering questions, and ensuring their voices are heard internally.
Strategic Insights: Develop tailored success plans for each client, tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
Retention & Growth: Spot opportunities to upsell services and create strategies to retain happy clients.
About You
You’re a people person who thrives on solving problems and delivering results. You enjoy building relationships, diving into data, and keeping projects on track. Most importantly, you’re eager to learn, grow, and have fun while doing it.

Have experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.

What a Day Could Look Like
9:00 AM: Kick off your day by checking ad performance dashboards, ensuring campaigns are on track.
10:00 AM: Join a kickoff meeting with a new client, learning all about their goals and helping them get started.
11:30 AM: Adjust campaign settings in Meta Ads Manager to optimize reach and engagement.
1:00 PM: Lunch break (and maybe a fun chat with your teammates about the latest marketing trends).
2:00 PM: Host a check-in call with a client, sharing performance insights and gathering feedback.
3:30 PM: Collaborate with the Operations team to refine audience lists for a new campaign.
4:30 PM: Document a new process for onboarding clients to make things even smoother next time.
5:00 PM: Wrap up your day with a quick team sync, sharing wins and brainstorming new ideas.
