We’re looking for an Executive Ghostwriter & Brand Strategist to help our clients (and our own team) build powerful, authentic personal brands on LinkedIn and beyond. You’ll work directly with founders, CEOs, and commercial leaders, transforming their stories and insights into scroll-stopping posts that attract investors, close deals, and inspire talent.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for a brilliant writer and storyteller who can help our clients (and our own internal team) build strong, authentic personal brands on LinkedIn and beyond.

As Executive Ghostwriter and Brand Strategist, you'll capture the unique voice of founders, commercial leaders, and executives, turning their ideas into scroll-stopping, business-driving content. You’ll become their strategic partner, not just their writer.

If you love the idea of blending narrative craft, content strategy, and direct client relationships, this might be your dream role.

What you’ll do

  • Interview founders and executives to uncover their stories, insights, and big ideas

  • Create authentic, high-impact LinkedIn posts, carousels, and other thought leadership content, all in their unique voice (but sharper, clearer, and more compelling)

  • Develop and maintain personal brand “voice kits” and strategic content calendars

  • Join monthly calls with clients to plan content, review business priorities, and act as a trusted advisor

  • Collaborate with our internal design and paid teams to create multi-format content and support distribution strategies

  • Track content performance and iterate to improve resonance and business impact

  • Work with Sid’s own Marketing team on building our internal voices and authority

Who you are

A natural storyteller. You can turn raw ideas or messy voice notes into polished, powerful stories that people actually want to read.

  • Exceptionally strong writing and editing skills, with an instinct for clarity and punch

  • Curious and empathetic, you love digging into people’s journeys, understanding what makes them tick, and finding the golden thread

  • Confident on video calls with clients, you know how to ask the right questions, guide a discussion, and build trust quickly

  • Comfortable balancing multiple voices, calendars, and deadlines at once

  • Strategic thinker, you can see beyond the words to understand how content supports business goals like attracting investors, closing deals, or hiring top talent

  • Experience writing for executives or brands (ideally on LinkedIn or other thought leadership platforms) is a big plus

  • Based in Europe and fluent in English
