About the role

As our Growth Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a consistent stream of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our Sales Department. Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you’ll optimize outreach, manage communications, and experiment with strategies to elevate our growth efforts.

This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) that offers flexibility, autonomy, and an opportunity to make a measurable impact.

What you'll do:

  • Outreach Messaging: Manage LinkedIn and email sequences for the Sales Department (4 sales reps) to ensure consistent and engaging communication with prospects.

  • Inbox Management: Own all external communications, ensuring we hit “inbox zero” by the end of each workday.

  • Lead Follow-Up: Ensure every lead is followed up on promptly, booking meetings directly into our sales reps’ calendars.

  • Prospect Lists: Create detailed prospect lists on a monthly basis for the Sales Department to act upon.

  • Experimentation: Test new messaging, sequences, platforms, and audience strategies to uncover best practices and continuously improve our processes.

  • Paid Campaigns: Work with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to launch and manage paid social campaigns.

  • Email Marketing: Launch and A/B test email campaigns to refine strategies and boost engagement.

Tools You’ll Work With:

You’ll use a variety of tools to execute campaigns, manage data, and optimize workflows, including:

  • Skylead: Outreach campaigns

  • Clay: Prospect lists

  • Claude: Messaging assistance

  • Zapier, Slack, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Phantombuster, and more

About You

You’re a detail-oriented, organized, and curious individual who thrives on solving problems and optimizing processes. You’re comfortable experimenting with new tools and strategies and enjoy working in a collaborative, start-up environment.

  • Have experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
