About the role
Joining this position, you’ll act as a junior GTM engineer: combining technical skills, creative thinking, and a commercial mindset to design, test, and scale growth workflows. You'll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to remove bottlenecks, automate repetitive work, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
This is an internship position designed to give you hands-on experience building real systems that drive measurable impact.
What you'll do:
Automate outreach workflows: Design and improve LinkedIn/email sequences, using AI tools to create personalized, high-impact messaging at scale.
Build internal tools and bots: Develop automations (e.g., Slack chatbots, AI agents) to support the team and make manual tasks disappear.
Create smart data flows: Help clean, enrich, and model ICP data to ensure every campaign and outreach is hyper-relevant and targeted.
Experiment rapidly: Test new messaging, sequences, audiences, and plays. Scale what works, retire what doesn’t.
Support paid campaigns: Assist in automating audience creation and connecting HubSpot, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms for seamless targeting.
Own lead follow-up automations: Ensure no lead is left behind by building systems that automatically route and book meetings for the sales team.
Example projects you might tackle
Build an AI agent that drafts outreach messages using conversation history and engagement data
Automate onboarding emails and enrichment in HubSpot for new clients
Create a relevance scoring system for prospect lists based on ICP similarity
Develop a Slack bot that answers internal questions on processes, tools, or playbooks
Set up workflows to auto-send connection requests to key decision-makers after ad engagement
Use client ICP data to generate pre-built Apollo audience searches
Design website analysis prompts using AI and display insights in our platform for new sign-ups
Tools you'll play with
You’ll use a variety of tools to execute campaigns, manage data, and optimize workflows, including:
Clay, Skylead, Apollo, Supabase, HubSpot, Slack, LinkedIn API
Claude and ChatGPT (AI prompts and automations)
Zapier, n8n, Phantombuster, SQL (if you want to go deeper!)

You love building systems and tinkering with new tools

You’re comfortable working independently and figuring things out as you go
You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you enjoy automating, integrating, and learning new low-code/no-code platforms
Strong written communication skills and the ability to break down complex problems
